Infantis28 helps adult caregivers record observations, organise information, view educational material, receive reminders and prepare information for conversations with qualified health professionals. It does not perform a clinical examination and cannot know every relevant fact about a baby or caregiver.
2. Not medical advice
Content, summaries, reminders, patterns, notifications and Ask Infantis responses are general informational and educational material. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or substitute for professional care. Do not start, stop or change medication or treatment based on Infantis28.
3. Emergencies and urgent concerns
Do not use Infantis28 in an emergency. If a baby is not breathing, has blue lips or skin, is having a seizure, is unresponsive, or you believe the baby faces any immediate or life-threatening danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest appropriate health facility immediately. If anything about a baby worries you—even when the app has not displayed a warning—seek professional care promptly.
4. AI limitations
Ask Infantis uses artificial intelligence. AI can misunderstand a question, omit important context, produce an incorrect response or provide information that is not appropriate for a particular baby or location. Responses are not reviewed in real time by a clinician. Never rely on AI as the sole basis for a health or emergency decision.
5. Tracking and notifications
Logs depend on information entered by caregivers and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Notifications can be delayed or missed because of device settings, connectivity, battery restrictions, software errors or other factors. Infantis28 is not a continuous monitoring service and does not guarantee that a change or concern will be detected.
6. Environmental information
Weather, climate and air-quality information is supplied by external data sources and may be delayed, approximate or unavailable. It is contextual information, not a personalised medical recommendation.
7. Regional variation
Health guidance, emergency numbers, immunisation schedules and service availability differ by country and may change. Follow the advice of qualified local professionals and current guidance from your local health authorities.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
