Caregiver Receives the Kit & Activates the App
At discharge, caregiver scans the QR code on the Infantis 28 kit. App activates with baby's date of birth, loading the correct immunisation schedule and 28-day observation framework automatically.

AI Layer
Daily Pattern Recognition
Each day, the AI layer compares the baby's logs against their own established baseline — not a global standard. It generates a plain-language daily summary and flags deviations before they become crises.

Tier 2 — Monitor
Pattern Deviation Detected
Feeding frequency drops below the baby's own pattern. App notifies caregiver: "Feeding frequency is lower than your recent pattern. Monitor closely over the next 24 hours." No alarm. Clear, calm guidance.

Tier 3 — Seek Care
Escalation to Professional Care
Multiple pattern thresholds triggered — temperature rising, feeding declining, fewer wet diapers. App responds clearly: "This change may require medical attention. Please consider visiting your nearest clinic." Never diagnostic. Always redirecting.

Clinic Visit
Caregiver Arrives with Structured Data
Caregiver exports a one-page clinic summary from the app — last 3 days of feeding, diaper trends, temperature log, immunisation status. The healthcare worker receives organised data instead of uncertain recall. The visit is more efficient. The decision is better informed.
